Industriële machine vision hyperspectrale camera

Hyperspectrale beeldvorming (HSI) camera's onthullen de spectrale signatuur van materialen en verbindingen, waardoor menselijke ogen het onzichtbare kunnen zien. Zij helpen bij het identificeren, meten en lokaliseren van verschillende materialen dankzij hun spectrale signatuur en hun chemische en fysieke eigenschappen.

De camera's van de Specim FX-serie zijn speciaal ontworpen voor industrieel gebruik, met de hoge framesnelheid van de camera voor de snelheidseisen van de industrie, en de robuuste structuur en kleine afmetingen om gemakkelijk te kunnen worden geïnstalleerd in bestaande of nieuwe sorteerlijnen. 

Er zijn 3 modellen beschikbaar op basis van het te onthullen hyperspectrale gegevensbereik: 

  • Zichtbaar en Nabij-Infrarood gebied (VNIR), van 400 tot 1000 nm = Specim FX10
  • Nabij-Infrarood gebied (NIR), van 900 tot 1700 nm = Specim FX17
  • IngraRed-gebied met gemiddelde golflengte (MWIR), van 2,7 tot 5,3 μm = Specim FX50
